Hello. I know I have XP with service pack 2. I did turn DEP off and tried another download. Still cant run Shrink. I clicked on the extract all files, it even says the files have been extracted. One thing I havent played with over the years is the registry keys. I dont know exactly how to do that, but if you want to walk it thfu with me I'll try it.
